Product Introduction
QuickLink electric quick-change is a new-generation intelligent electric quick-change device designed for robotics and intelligent manufacturing scenarios. Integrating the driving mechanism and controller into one unit, it adopts electric drive to replace traditional pneumatic solutions. Requiring no air source, it features a compact structure and simpler deployment and integration. It supports Modbus RTU (RS-485) communication and signal transparent transmission, with freely configurable station addresses and baud rates. Multiple control methods are available including physical buttons, I/O signals and RS-485 commands, enabling quick-change locking/unlocking and tool-side power control, with power-off state retention capability. In addition, QuickLink provides ROS, Python and C++ drivers with an open control protocol, and supports up to 30 channels of custom I/O expansion. It is widely applicable to robot end-effector mounting, automated production lines and intelligent manufacturing scenarios, helping build more flexible and efficient automated automation systems.
